? A citizen of a Member State of the European Economic Area. The EEA comprises of Member States the European Union. Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Finland, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and the United Kingdom together with Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.

? Swiss Nationals: In accordance with the terms of the European Communities and Swiss Confederation Act, 2001, which came into operation on 1 June, 2002, this enable the free movement of worker between Switzerland and Ireland, without the need for Work Permits
